Building Surveys

Our Chartered Building Surveyors undertake building surveys on both freehold and leasehold acquisitions. We provide a full survey service which includes all areas of the building including roof level access, building fabric and structural assessment, the mechanical and electrical installations, below ground drainage surveys and statutory compliance. We can also advise upon building alterations, refurbishment and fit out works as part of the post-survey service.

Measured Building Surveys

In addition to the building survey, we can also provide floor plans, elevations, sections, lease plans and site plans. These can be provided in AutoCad .dwg format, and .pxf or .pdf as required, and at any scale with as much detail as needed.

Schedule of Condition Surveys

A Schedule of Condition survey is usually attached to a commercial lease at the commencement of the term. This is a written and photographic survey of all areas of the property to record the building condition at a particular date in an effort to avoid disputes and litigation at the end of the term. We can provide the Schedule of Condition report on all types of property including retail, commercial and industrial lease arrangements. Expert Witness Reports

In the event of a contractural dispute with a company or neighbor we can provide an expert witness report. This would involve an assessment of the contractural documentation, a site inspection, an assessment of works undertaken and an expert opinion on the quality, condition and value of those works.
