We will visit the property immediately after the event, assess the damage and develop a strategy for the remedial works. We have a team of Chartered Building Surveyors who will react to meet your needs.

This ensures that you receive the professional service that you need, the highest quality specification and construction materials, and avoids any ‘quick fix’ solutions. This service doesn’t cost you a penny as in most cases fees are fully recoverable under the terms of your insurance policy.

Our service includes:-

Emergency call out to assess the damage.
Provide a schedule of emergency works to make safe the structure and avoid further damage.
Consultation with the insurance company with regards to immediate enabling works.
Site supervision of the works on site.
Preparation of the full reinstatement Specification of Works and Design drawings.
Project Management of the Works from commencement through to completion.
Obtain all the appropriate consents and approvals from the Local District Council.
Interim and final valuations of the construction costs and settlement of the claim with the Insurance provider.
